It is only logical, that Henselstone provides after-sales service. For every installed project, the end customer can decide to enter into a service agreement with us.
With the annual service agreement, a Henselstone service technician will visit the site once-a-year. We check the total installation, especially the water proofing. The technician will check all units for adjustment, performs required oiling of the hardware, applies required maintenance milk (PVC products only), and replaces worn parts if necessary. In a service report, we notify the customer of necessary painting or seal repair (in the case of exterior wood products).
Our customers also have a 24 hour emergency service available. We will respond with over-night mail of keys, a technician covering broken glass with a secure temporary solution, and emergency repairs. As an added benefit you will only pay for new parts not labor.
